41 suspects arrested in Russeifa-Aujan security campaign

AMMAN — The Russeifa Police Department in coordination with the Gendarmerie Forces has implemented a security campaign in Russeifa and Aujan, arresting 18 suspects with criminal records and 23 wanted suspects, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Sunday.

The campaign also resulted in seizing four vehicles and arresting a suspect in possession of illegal medical drugs containing narcotics, Petra reported, citing a statement from the Public Security Department.

The source noted that more security campaigns will be implemented in the district to ensure security and order and to eliminate all forms of law violations, adding that legal measures will be taken against the detainees.
