AMMAN — Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) and World University Service of Canada on Wednesday signed a cooperation agreement to train 600 people in areas of management and healthcare, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The agreement was signed by VTC acting director general, Omar Qutaishat, and the Project Manager Niveen Bataineh, within the framework of the “We Lead” project, funded by the Canadian government under an agreement signed by the Jordanian and Canadian governments in December 2016.

Qutaishat pointed that the project aims to provide job opportunities to address poverty and unemployment.
