Army chief checks on Royal Engineering Corps, Queen Alia Military hospital

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Sunday visited the Royal Engineering Corps Directorate and listened to a briefing by its commander on the unit’s tasks and duties.
Huneiti also visited the Chemical Support Group at the unit and toured an exhibition showcasing the sterilisation process to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the Kingdom, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The army chief also visited the Queen Alia Military Hospital, where he listened to a briefing from its director on the medical services offered to patients during the current circumstances posed by the coronavirus.
