AMMAN — The Australian National University has held its annual winter Arabic language school at the Languages Centre of Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST).
The course is a continuation of the cooperation agreement between the two universities, which was signed earlier this year to teach students of the Australian National University Arabic language at the University, according to a JUST statement emailed to The Jordan Times on Sunday.
The Australian delegation includes 24 students under the supervision of Huda Tamimi, the professor of Arabic and Semitic languages at the Centre for Arab and Islamic Studies at the Australian National University.
