Cabinet approves memo on Japanese loan

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Wednesday approved exchanging memoranda of understanding with the Japanese government regarding a loan amounting to $267. 7 million.
The soft loan, which was announced during His Majesty King Abdullah’s recent visit to Japan, will be provided by the Japan International Cooperation Agency to address the main elements listed in the Jordan Vision 2025 and its executive programme 2016-2018 through improving public services, such as water and energy and stimulate the economy, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
