CDD comes first in public service quality survey

AMMAN — The Civil Defence Department (CDD) has come first in the fifth annual survey measuring state agencies’ adherence to improving public services.
The survey, conducted by the Ministry of Public Sector Development assessed 71 government institutions, among, which the CDD achieved the highest score of 98 per cent based on its efforts in keeping up with the latest technologies to provide quality services, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Thursday.
CDD Director Maj. Gen. Mustafa Bazaiah said that “this accomplishment motivates us to keep doing our best towards achieving the department’s noble mission”.
