Civil Service Bureau chief engages citizens directly at public service office

AMMAN — President of the Civil Service Bureau Nedal Batayneh on Tuesday started a series of direct meetings with the public in the bureau’s service office, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Batayneh allocated Tuesdays to meet with citizens, hear their complaints and direct them to the relevant authorities, noting that such a step is an official’s fundamental duty.
He added that these meetings are in accordance with His Majesty King Abdullah’s directives to carry out fieldwork, hear the public’s problems and solve them according to the law, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
