End of March deadline to obtain smart IDs — CSPD

AMMAN — The Civil Status and Passport Department (CSPD) on Thursday announced that the deadline for obtaining the smart IDs is set for the end of March, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The department said that the time span will be sufficient for citizens to replace their old cards with new smart IDs. The CSPD called on citizens to seize the opportunity before the closing date. The department has issued three million smart IDs so far.
