AMMAN — The Ambassadors for Life Foundation on Monday launched the “Families space in standard time” project, funded by a Canadian government grant, in cooperation with several schools in the Kingdom.

The project aims at launching an online social initiative, which includes workshops on using the Internet safely and raising awareness of online risks, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Trainers from the foundation delivered a lecture on dealing with the Internet in a safe way and targeted Jordanian and Syrian youth from the community, who in turn can transfer their expertise to others. The programme targeted students form Ashrafiyeh, Tlaa Al Ali, Marka and Naour.
