AMMAN — The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM), in cooperation with the Central Traffic Department (CTD), on Sunday announced a partial closure of a lane on the 8th Circle’s bridge that will last between Monday 10pm until Tuesday noon for  maintenance, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Mohammad Faouri, GAM director of joint management, said that the closure will be on a one-way lane from Al Shaab Circle towards Al Nahda crossroad, noting that the traffic will be rerouted from Al Shaab Circle to Mecca Street then from Abdullah Ghosheh Street to the Airport Street and then to the 8th Circle traffic lights, turning right towards Husni Sawber Street and then back to King Abdullah II Road towards Al Nahda crossroad. GAM urged the public to follow the alternative route and abide by traffic rules.
