GAM, Kuwaiti company sign JD10m agreement

AMMAN — The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) and the Indimaj company for tourist facility administration — owned by Kuwaiti investors — on Monday signed an agreement to rent a four-dunum GAM-owned plot to establish tourist restaurants in Abdoun, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The agreement, signed by President of GAM Committee Yousef Shawarbeh and the company’s chairman, Mohammad Meili, stipulates that the ownership of the JD10-million facilities will be transferred to GAM after 20 years. Shawarbeh voiced the municipality’s keenness on facilitating investment-friendly environment. Meili commended the cooperation of GAM officials in the implementation of the company’s first project in the Kingdom.
