Gov’t allocates forestland for new public hospital facilities in Ajloun

AMMAN — The Agriculture Ministry on Saturday approved the allocation of a plot of forestland for the construction of the new facilities of the Al Eman Public Hospital project in Ajloun, 70km northwest of Amman.
Salim Hamdan, general manager of the company implementing the project, said that the ministry’s support accelerates the implementation of the project, at an overall cost of JD3.5 million for the new buildings and parking spaces.
Valuing the ministry’s decision, MP Wasfi Haddad said that the hospital’s new project is a “qualitative leap” in the level of services provided to citizens in the northern region, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
