House speaker meets pan-Arab anti-forgery official

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Atef Tarawneh on Wednesday received Arab Federation for Combating Forgery and Counterfeit Chairman Sheikha Nawal Al Sabah.

The meeting tackled ways to develop and enhance bilateral relations between Jordan and Kuwait in all fields, especially in the economy and joint investment projects.

Tarawneh said that Jordan was among the first countries to realise the threat of corruption, money laundering and terrorism.

Sabah praised the Jordanian experience in the field of combating forgery and counterfeiting.
