Italian visa application centre moves to new location

AMMAN — Residents of Jordan can now apply for Italian visas at a new application centre in Amman, the Italian embassy and VFS Global said in a joint statement released Tuesday.
The new centre is located in Al Al Baraka Mall, the statement said, adding that ample parking is available in the area.
Speaking at the launch of the centre, Italian Ambassador Giovanni Brauzzi said the office would increase the efficiency of the visa application process, and that around 6,000 Italian visa applications are submitted in Jordan each year.
