Jordan, US discuss cooperation in judicial field

AMMAN — Justice Minister Bassam Talhouni on Tuesday met with Stephanie Williams, the acting deputy chief of mission at the US embassy in Amman, and discussed means to develop cooperation in the judicial and legal fields.
Talhouni commended the level of ties between Jordan and the US, especially in the area of developing the legal system and applying state-of-the-art technology in litigation.
For her part, Spirnak praised the advanced level the Jordanian legal system has reached.
