King visits army headquarters

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF), visited the army’s headquarters on Monday.

The King was received by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben, HRH Prince Feisal and top officers.

During the visit, the King was briefed on JAF-related issues.

King Abdullah expressed his pride in the military’s high level of training, preparedness and armaments, according to a Royal Court statement.

His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF), on Tuesday visited army headquarters where he was received by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben, HRH Prince Feisal, the private assistant of the chairman of the joint chiefs-of-staff.
