Kingdom records 42 cases of virus variant — health minister

AMMAN — A total of 42 infections linked to the new coronavirus variant has been registered in the Kingdom so far, Health Minister Nathir Obeidat announced on Wednesday.
The minister said, in press remarks reported by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, that the cases were detected through genetic analysis of samples of COVID-19 patients.
