Kuwaiti Red Crescent provides bread for Syrians

AMMAN — The Kuwaiti Red Crescent has started implementing a project to provide bread for Syrian refugees in Jordan.
The organisation said a total of 2,830 families are benefiting from the project, each receiving two kilogrammes of bread every day.
Meanwhile, the organisation handed out in-kind donations and food parcels to Syrians in Karak Governorate, which hosts a large number of refugees.
The UAE Red Crescent on Tuesday distributed in-kind assistance and food items to Syrian refugees in Jerash Governorate.
The UAE on Thursday handed out financial and in-kind assistance to Syrian refugees in Mafraq, 80km northeast of the capital.
The Jordan Red Crescent on Thursday distributed food parcels to Syrian refugees in Jordan donated by the Kuwaiti Red Crescent.
