‘Mafraq hospital development is priority for Health Ministry’

AMMAN — Developing Mafraq Public Hospital to enable it to provide better services is a priority for the Health Ministry, Minister Mahmoud Sheyyab said on Monday.

In an unannounced visit to the facility, Sheyyab toured several departments and checked on the availability of medicines, according to a ministry statement. He also listened to the concerns of some patients and hospital personnel, who referred to the lack of some medical specialisations.
