Ministry suspends Tuesday classes for students

AMMAN — Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Walid Maani on Saturday decided to suspend classes for students on Tuesday.
The decision aims to give teachers a chance to participate in the Jordanian Teachers Syndicate’s elections, which will be held from 8am until 5pm.
The minister added that working hours for teachers and school administrators will remain the same on Tuesday, reported the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
