Najjar meets EU ambassador over new projects

AMMAN — Culture Minister Haifa Najjar met with Ambassador of the European Union (EU) Maria Hadjitheodosiou on Monday over the government's plan to spread media and information education, notably, the new projects and programmes to be implemented, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, said.
The ambassador said that the EU's seven-year plan that includes programmes related to the fields of culture, education, tourism, media, heritage and awareness, digital industries and digital innovation, is to be implemented across the Kingdom.
Talks also went over the CREACT4MED project designed to support entrepreneurs in the culture and innovation sectors through offering free training to entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs.
