AMMAN — The Princess Taghrid Institute for Development and Training has signed a cooperation agreement with UNDP to set up legal advisory and dispute resolution centres in Jerash and Irbid, UNDP said on Saturday.
The centres will provide legal services and mediation in the two governorates, targeting the most vulnerable groups, especially women, to enable them to access legal aid and justice, UNDP said in a statement. The project will also train women leaders to provide them with the knowledge and skills to manage the centres, the statement said.
