Nine suspected of involvement in drug trade arrested in Central Badia

AMMAN — The Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) has arrested nine people suspected of dealing with drugs in Central Badia, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Thursday.
According to a Public Security Department statement, the AND personnel had been collecting information for several weeks, after which they conducted raids and arrested the nine suspects, some of whom are classified as dangerous, with the support from a special team.
Various quantities of narcotics and a stolen vehicle in the suspects’ possession were seized, and the suspects were transferred to the State Security Court prosecutor.
