Prince Raad thanks family of young organ donor

AMMAN — HRH Prince Raad, president of the Jordanian Society for Encouraging Organ Donations, has praised a Jordanian family who donated their daughter’s organs to save and improve the lives of four citizens who benefited from heart, liver and kidney transplants at various hospitals, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The Prince thanked the Royal Medical Services for their successful transplant of the heart and liver, advising all medical cadres in the public and private hospitals to spread organ donation culture and to convince parents of deceased individuals, especially those that who died from brain damage, to donate. Prince Raad extended his condolences to the deceased girl’s parents, who expressed their gratefulness for his visit.
