AMMAN – HRH Princess Alia on Thursday inaugurated several productive projects in Jerash’s Souf and Sakeb towns, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Dutch Ambassador Paul van den IJssel attended the inauguration ceremony.
“Khayrat Souf House”, one of the inaugurated projects, is part of programmes to conserve wildlife through the social and economic development of rural areas, implemented by Princess Alia Foundation in partnership with Future Pioneers for Enabling Communities and financed by the Dutch embassy in Amman.
The princess also checked on work at Al Mawa Wildlife sanctuary, which aims at protecting endangered animals.
