Social Security Corporation publishes new strategy

AMMAN — The Social Security Corporation (SSC) on Tuesday published details of a new formula for its 2012-2016 strategy.

In a statement, SSC Director Nadia Rawabdeh said the plan has been developed according to a practical methodology prepared by the corporation's strategic planning department.

She added that the new plan is based on the participation of all its personnel and has been developed in a way that reduces costs.

The plan includes five strategic objectives: ensuring the sustainability of the insurance system, providing quality services, enhancing performance, spreading awareness on the importance of social security and supporting the integration of social protection policies.
