Special Operation Forces receive French military equipment

AMMAN — The King Abdullah II Royal Special Operation Forces Group on Monday received military equipment from France, an official statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, said.

The delivery agreement was signed by Brig. Gen. Abdullah Hunaiti, director of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army’s (JAF) planning and organisation department and French Ambassador to Jordan David Bertolotti.

The ceremony was attended by high-ranking officers of the JAF. Military cooperation between Jordan and France aims at developing and improving the capabilities of the army.
