Three suspects arrested over cheques theft from Irbid municipality

AMMAN — Three suspects were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly stealing a safe that contained cheques from a building affiliated with Irbid municipality, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Public Security Department said a joint team from its criminal investigation and preventive security departments collected information and were able to identify the suspects who seized 78 bank cheques including the cheques stolen from the municipality.
