AMMAN — The Geneva-based World Trade Organisation (WTO) has chosen the University of Jordan’s business faculty to be one of 13 international academic institutions selected as partners.
The UJ business faculty competed with 78 other faculties worldwide, according to its dean, Zu’bi Al Zu’bi.
He added that the faculty’s “modern capabilities, distinguished staff and scientific research” were the major reasons behind its selection.
The university and WTO also renewed an agreement they signed in 2010 aiming at enhancing joint cooperation, Zu’bi said.
