Cabinet approves school transport providers by-law, loan with GRB

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Wednesday endorsed the validating reasons for the 2018 draft by-law regulating the licensing of schools and kindergartens transport providers.
The decision was made in order to create a legal framework for transport providers by requiring them to obtain a license from the Land Transportation Regulatory Commission, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Also on Wednesday, the Cabinet endorsed a loan agreement worth 75 million euros from the German Reconstruction Bank (GRB), which is part of the French-German 150 million euro-loan to support Jordan’s
water sector.
