Tunnel is a 2016 thriller/drama. It tells the story of Jung-soo, the manager of a car company, who is on his way home when the poorly-constructed tunnel he is driving through collapses, leaving him trapped. The King’s Letters is a 2019 historical drama. Set in the late Joseon dynasty, the film tells of King Sejong and his insistement on his biggest goal: the invention of original letters that can be read and written by all people. But courtiers, who want to dominate the knowledge and the power, are against his will and discourage his belief. One day, frustrated King Sejong hears about a phonogram expert and secretly brings him into the palace, according to the statement.
