AMMAN — A total of 15 vessels have docked at the Aqaba port this week, bringing the total number of ships that have arrived at the port since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis to 120, Aqaba Company for Ports Operation and Management Director Captain Mansour Gougazeh said on Tuesday.

He added that the vessels were loaded with different strategic goods, including grains, cars and sheep, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Gougazeh reiterated the port's readiness to work at its maximum capacity when the situationreturns to normal, pointing out that work during the current period is being performed with the minimum number of employees.
