4 dead in Desert Highway mishap

AMMAN — A two-vehicle collision on Wednesday claimed the lives of four people and injured one on the Desert Highway, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).
In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the CDD said its personnel in Karak provided the injured with first aid, before transferring him and the bodies of the deceased to the Karak Government Hospital. The injured was reported to be in fair condition, according to Petra.
