Abu Hassan urges charity societies to network for joint projects

AMMAN — Social Development Minister Reem Abu Hassan on Friday said charity societies require support to be able to perform their role, but they also need to review and improve their own performance, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Speaking during a visit to Bani Obeid District in Irbid, Abu Hassan urged several charity societies and the social development directorate there to network and brainstorm ideas for joint projects. She said her ministry will support any potential project.

Abu Hassan toured several areas and checked on the conditions of a number of charity societies, as well as their projects and achievements.
