Anani delivers King’s invitation to Algeria to attend Arab summit

AMMAN — Algeria Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal on Thursday received Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of State for Investment Affairs Jawad Anani, who delivered a letter from His Majesty King Abdullah inviting Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika to attend the Arab summit that the Kingdom will host in March.

Sellal commended His Majesty’s efforts to boost Arab relations and find peaceful solutions to regional crises, highlighting the importance of boosting the role of the Arab League. He also delivered the greetings of Bouteflika to the King and the Jordanian people, stressing the importance of holding the joint Jordanian-Algerian higher committee’s meeting in May to boost bilateral relations.
