Arab Parliament session to kick off in Amman Thursday

AMMAN — The second concluding session of the third legislative term of the Arab Parliament will kick off in Amman on Thursday. The gathering, which came together upon invitation of the Lower House, will be chaired by Arab Parliament Speaker Adel Assoumi, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
According to Assoumi, the session will focus on the latest regional developments and discuss the role of Arab members of parliaments in supporting regional issues in international forums, notably supporting Jordan’s position towards the Palestinian cause and other Arab issues.
