int@j praises gov’t decision on e-payment of bills

AMMAN — ICT Association of Jordan (int@j) CEO Nidal Bitar on Sunday welcomed the Cabinet’s decision to make it mandatory to pay and collect government dues through the eFAWATEERcom service, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The Council of Ministers asked ministries and official departments to register with the system to prioritise online payments and collection as a means of achieving “huge financial savings”.
