AMMAN — Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi, head of the follow-up committee for the implementation of Royal Initiatives, on Tuesday visited Tafileh Governorate in implementation of His Majesty King Abdullah’s directives.

The King and HRH Crown Prince Hussein visited Tafileh last week, and the King ordered the implementation of development projects meant to serve the governorate’s residents, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

During the visit, Issawi met with the Tafileh Governorate’s council, MPs, heads of municipalities and a number of representatives from civil society organisations to hear the governorate’s needs and demands.

Issawi said that the field visit was part of the King’s directives, which aim to boost communication with citizens in different regions of the Kingdom and improve their living conditions.
