Jordan condemns Munich attack

AMMAN — The government on Saturday condemned the shooting attack in Munich in which 9 people were killed and 27 injured, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Prime Minister Hani Mulki also checked on the safety of the national women’s U-17 football team, whose members are currently in Munich.

The Foreign Ministry is in contact with German authorities and the Jordanian embassy in Berlin to follow up on any possible Jordanian casualties among the victims of the attack.
