Jordan offers condolences to Brazil over flood victims

AMMAN — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its deepest condolences and sympathy to the government and people of the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.
The floods resulted in casualties, injuries, and the displacement of others, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Ministry's spokesperson Sufian Qudah affirmed the Kingdom's solidarity with Brazil, expressing sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
Qudah also confirmed that there are no Jordanian citizens among the victims or the missing.
