King exchanges Ramadan wishes with Palestinian president

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, in a phone call on Friday with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, exchanged best wishes on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

Discussions in the phone call also covered enhancing cooperation to counter the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), with King Abdullah reaffirming Jordan’s steadfast support for the Palestinians during the extraordinary circumstances caused by the pandemic, according to a Royal Court statement.
