King’s stance on Jerusalem praised during conference on Holy City

AMMAN — Participants at the 9th session of the conference on Jerusalem’s legitimate status and Hashemite custodianship, on Thursday expressed their pride in His Majesty King Abdullah’s stances on causes related to Jerusalem and Al Aqsa Mosque.

In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, attendees stressed their support for King Abdullah and his stance in defence of Jerusalem, and its Arab and Muslim identity, and against all challenges that threaten the Holy City.

The conference was organised by Al Yarmouk University’s Faculty of Sharia and its Islamic Studies Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies.
