PM offers condolences to Morocco over quake victims

AMMAN — Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh, in a cable, on Saturday expressed condolences to Moroccan Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch over the victims of the earthquake that struck various regions of the Moroccan province of Al Hoceima.
Khasawneh expressed his deepest sympathies to the families of the victims of the earthquake and wished the injured a speedy recovery, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The prime minister underlined the solidarity of the Kingdom with Morocco, notably to provide all necessary assistance in accordance with the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah. He also expressed his sincere wishes for lasting peace and tranquillity in Morocco.
