Prince Mired meets Czech ambassador

AMMAN — HH Prince Mired, president of the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, on Tuesday met with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Jordan Josef Koutsky and discussed ways to bolster bilateral ties, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The prince praised the embassy's keenness to enhance exchanging technical expertise on various issues of common interest. The prince briefed the ambassador on the most prominent tasks carried out by the council in the field of promoting the rights of persons with disabilities in cooperation with partner agencies. Koutsky lauded the advanced Czech-Jordanian relations, stressing that his country seeks to strengthen its ties with the Kingdom.
He valued the great role played by the council, supported by the Hashemite leadership, in promoting the rights of persons with disabilities. Commending the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law No. 20 of 2017, the ambassador invited the council to participate in a workshop organised by the embassy next November on tourism and medical treatment.
