Prince Raad attends workshop for athletes with intellectual disabilities

AMMAN — HRH Prince Raad Bin Zeid, president of the Special Olympics in Jordan, on Wednesday attended a regional workshop for the health community to highlight the importance of medical examinations for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
The workshop, which will continue until next Friday, features the participation of five countries: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Mauritania, Lebanon and the UAE, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. At the end of the ceremony, Prince Raad awarded certificates to doctors, supporters and participants.
