Princess Sumaya honours RSS researcher

AMMAN — HRH Princess Sumaya, the president of the Royal Scientific Society, on Tuesday presented Amani Abdel Hadi with the World Academy of Science Award, as part of the society’s celebrations of 2016 achievements.

The society has been cooperating with the academy since 2011 to enhance scientific and technological cooperation among developing countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Abdel Hadi, an assistant researcher at the society, received the award for contributions to applied research on metal corrosion among others fields, benefiting development in climate, health and economic sectors.
