AMMAN — The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature (RSCN) on Sunday signed a memorandum of understanding with the Agricultural Engineers Association, facilitating cooperation to achieve mutual environmental goals, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Signed by President of the Agricultural Engineers Association Ahmad Amro and RSCN Director General Yahya Khaled, the memorandum came in light of the current Migratory Soaring Birds Project, aiming to “integrate conservation management objectives into targeted public and private sectors in 11 countries along the Rift Valley/Red Sea flyway”.

The project is carried out by the RSCN in partnership with BirdLife International and funded by the Global Environmental Facility and the United Nation Development Programme, RSCN said in a statement.
