Tafileh's Afra Hot Springs starts receiving visitors

AMMAN — Tafileh's Afra Hot Springs has begun receiving visitors, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said in a statement on Tuesday. The ministry highlighted efforts towards upgrading the site's infrastructure to be placed on the Jordanian tourism map.
The destination includes pools for men and women, in addition to chalets and picnic spots, among other facilities. The ministry also pledged to support the site's operator, which will manage and develop the destination to revitalise health, natural, cultural, environmental, educational and adventure tourism.
