‘Taxpayers can file their 2016 tax returns on dedicated website’

AMMAN — The Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) on Monday said taxpayers can file their tax returns of 2016 on its website: www.istd.gov.jo, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The tax form available on the website includes the income tax of individuals and employees, in addition to industrial, trade, agriculture and contractor companies, in addition to the special income tax on banks and insurance companies.
Taxpayers can obtain a user name and a password from the nearest branch of the ISTD, Petra reported.
