JERASH — A tender has been floated to establish the Jerash wastewater treatment station at a cost of $26.2 million, Mahmoud Titi, head of the wastewater department at Jerash Water Directorate, said Thursday.

Titi said 85 per cent of the cost will be covered by a USAID grant, with the government covering the rest.

He added that work on the project will start next Wednesday, and will continue for two-and-a-half years.
